| Job Description: | ZS Associates, a global leader in sales and marketing effectiveness, is looking for developers to join our team in the Software Engineers – Applications role. As a Software Engineer you will design, implement, test, and support high quality products used by hundreds of companies and thousands of end users to make critical decisions and manage sales operations. Whether you write distributed optimization algorithms or advanced mapping and visualization interfaces, you will have an immediate impact and ownership of challenging problems. The Software team at ZS is a casual, collaborative, and smart group located in Pune. In this role you will: • Implement major features using C#, VB.Net, Javascript, SQL, HTML, CSS, or any other necessary technology • Pair program, write unit tests, lead code reviews, and collaborate with QA analysts to ensure the highest quality software • Work with product managers and technical leads to design product architecture • Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables • Understand client business issues and actively participate in designing products and features that meet client needs • Take initiative to advance your problem solving skills and extend ZS’ software product suite |
| Qualifications: | ZS welcomes candidates with degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or a related discipline. A demonstrated record of academic success and significant programming experience are required. We accept candidates with experience in any programming language as long as they have excellent programming skills. Additionally, we seek individuals with the following qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in CS, EE, or related discipline • Strong academic record (GPA of 3.3 or higher) • Strong analytic, problem solving, and programming ability • Initiative and drive to contribute • Excellent organizational and task management skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in global cross-office teams • ZS is a global firm; fluency in English is required Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment.
