JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Developer - .NET CMS, you will implement web content management solutions using a .NET WCM platform, integrate with
ecommerce solutions and search engines, unlocking the business value of the underlying WCM platform. You will help establish
and follow laid down quality guidelines for design and implementation that insure the necessary health of the overall
solution. You will share knowledge, improve processes and develop systematic solutions to problem patterns.

Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of a .NET CMS/WCM Platform such as SDL Tridion

Develop powerful features such as content aggregation & presentation, multi-site and multi-channel delivery,
personalization/targeting, language support, social media etc.

Setup CMS developer environments and sandboxes

Develop CMS workflows, events, security configurations and custom extensions, using an underlying .NET centric WCM
platform/package.

Diagnose and solve technical problems related to web content management implementations.

Write application code and customizations to the WCM platform that exceeds the defined quality standards.

Desired Profile

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Strong .NET Programming and Development background including proficiency with the .NET core framework 3.x or 4.x, ASP.NET
Programming, and Programming & Development in C#

Solid understanding of the development process associated with .NET Web Applications

Strong hands-on development exposure to .NET centric Web CMS packages which can include either SDL Tridion, Sharepoint,
EPiServer, Ektron, DotNetNuke, or Sitecore

Ability and willingness to rapidly ramp up on other .NET WCM packages like SDL Tridion and Sitecore

Strong knowledge of XML in general, including XML, DTD, XSL/XSLT and XSD schemas

Strong knowledge of modern Front-End Web technologies including AJAX, JSON, and related frameworks such as jQuery

Good experience with database design/development, programming and/or administration using relational databases such as MS
SQL Server

Good knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management and delivery processes.

Some understanding of WCM integration patterns with a Portal, Search, Commerce, Social, Web Analytics, Streaming Media
package or other platforms.

Business Knowledge:

Domain experience would be a plus.

EXPERIENCE

Overall experience of 2-4 years of experience with 1-2 years of Web Content Management (WCM) experience working with one or
more .NET centric CMS/WCM packages.

6 months of hands-on .NET-centric WCM development experience in the last 1 year, working with the latest version of your
primary .NET WCMS package.

Full time Bachelor's /Master's degree (Science or Engineering preferred)
